Requirements
· Consolidates various reports from the 3 Regional Data Analysts
· Responsible for managing and coordinating the NOC team
· Ensure that the networking system and site monitoring runs efficiently without interruption
· Collaborates with users, customers, vendors, engineers and the whole technical team
· Handles customers escalations and reports to technical team for solutions
· Ensures that the systems and technology used are updated and upgraded in the system and ensures that all sites are visible to NOC
· Oversees the work of junior NOC employees to ensure that system requirements have been properly implemented and procedures carefully followed.
· Responsible for informing Management, partners and peers about site network performance and service availability.
· Coordinates the duty shift table for the NOC operations and carefully allocates staff members (NOC technicians and NOC engineers) on different shift duties for ensuring the whole NOC shift works in an efficient and effective manner.
· Analyzes Weekly and monthly site performance and availability as compiled by the 3 Regional NOC Data analyst and performance Teams and submit to Operations Director.
Qualifications
· 8 years of telecommunications experience
· Proven experience in NOCs
· Excellent managerial skills
· Strong communication skills
· Fluent English
