3G Job Requirements: L3/L21. At least 4-6 years experience on UMTS Optimization, familiar with Huawei UMTS equipment and tools.2.
Familiar with Huawei 3G features and parameters, M200, PRS. Must have
worked on feature trials for network performance enhancement.3. Experienced in 3G Drive Test Analysis on Actix and providing RF Fine tune recommendations for fixing interference.4. Be able to effectively manage the regional top worst cells an customer queries. 5. Have strong communication skills with customer, and be able to attend meetings with customer regularly. 6. Felxible working hours be able to deliver under pressure and perform independently.
