Job: Several Position (DT, RF, Rigger Engineer) in Indonesia

DT Engineer (2G/3G/4G)

  Responsibilities :

• Collecting Drive Test data
• Drive Test Data basic analysis
• Making DT analysis report
• Site Audit

 Requirements:  

• Good knowledge of telecommunication
•  Must be Huawei/ZTE/Nokia experience is priority advantage
• Experience for Drive test activity
• Bachelor’s degree in telecommunication or related field of study
• Min. GPA 2,75 (Government University), 3,00 (Non-Government University)
• Have basic knowledge of RF optimization procedure
• Be excellent in communication in English
• Good in communication skill and be able to convince the customer;
• Be familiar with tools/software such as Agilent/TEMS/ Actix /Mapinfo /GPS/ Compass/ Gradienter and so on.

RF Engineer (2G/3G/4G)

Responsibilities :

·         Supervise and control the quality.
  Must be Huawei/ZTE/Nokia experience is priority advantage

·         Provide project quality management consultation, project quality management   planning and implementation in delivery projects.

·         Coordinating operation team, drive test coordinator, oss engineer,

·         Checking the DT report, such as SSV report , Acceptance report ;

·         Monitoring DT Project, solved any problem in project

Requirements:  

·         Has strong Optimization background for 2G/3G/4G Technology for more than 2 years.

·         Has strong analysis in Radio Frequency.

·         Preferable for End-to-End Optimization background.

·         Ready working in all area inside West Java region

·         Eager to learn and knowledge transfer

·         Could work under pressure and KPI achievement

Rigger

Responsibilities :

·         Climb tower and do rectification/adjustment based on order and standard;

·         Finish timesheet,weekly report,project report based on order and standard; 

Requirements:  

·         Must be Huawei/ZTE/Nokia experience is priority advantage

·         Must be controlled, skillful

·         Preferably have own tools and motorcycle

·         At least 3 months experience in BTS or MW Installation;

·         Be qualified for tower climbing

·         Willing to travel frequently.
