Job: Network Performance Consultant in Jakarta

We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company to join their project in Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

• Network analysis and insight, master whole network performance from the end user perception and manage output solution
• Customer high level management and internal high level management communication and solution delivery.
• Interface with the customer CTO, deal with his concerns, request and satisfaction;
• Introduce technical solutions and negotiate with the customer to have the same understanding of network development.
• Responsible for network performance, manage performance issues and provide solutions.

Qualifications/Skills Required:

• 15 + years of RF planning, optimization network performance management experience.
• Rich project operation management experience; 5+ years of C - level interfacing.
• Clear comprehensive network planning ideas, that include network strategy, medium-term and long term traffic forecasts, network capacity and coverage solutions, network planning.
• Expert in systemic network analysis and optimization capability.
• Strong capability of developing network optimization strategy, giving the targeted suggestions and feasible solutions.
• Significant project management experience.
• Strong capability of customer high level management communication.
• Languages: English.
