JOB PROFILE
To oversee PCC Products on Daily Operation Activities, Scheduled Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, Project Initiative, Package Business Configuration and Customer Complaints. Staff to ensure PCC nodes to operate in most efficient network, stability and healthiness towards #1 Mobile Provider For Mass Market ambition.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
EPSN Responsibilities:
· Packages creation as requested by marketing
· FUP Implementation by PCC rules
· Gy Round Robin Traffic distribution
· VPN v4 configuration to support Corporate APNs
· IP Pool expansion and optimization
· GGSN(3G core) to UGW(4G core) upgrades
· L2 LSW to L3 CE Routers service migrations
· Rectifications and health check for special events
· Technical Issues and complaints handling related to roamer
· New OCS integration and troubleshooting on Gy, Gx (DCC)
· Interworking, Integration, configuration and optimization of SGSN/ MME, S-GW/P-GW,HSS, DNS and PCRF(UPCC), PCRF, OCS, AAA, WAP-GW, MMSC, MPLS etc
· Fair Usage Policies design and implementation on PCRF to ensure smooth operation of network
DPI Responsibilities:
· Packages creation as requested by marketing
· Performed DPI cases i.e. HTTP Analysis, L3/L4 traffic inspection based on IP destination address, subnets and TCP and UDP ports, L3/L7 inspection based on domain, URL redirecting.
· DPI Rule setting for context based charging.
· DPI configurations for various application and requests.
· Content based billing based on Layer7 DPI
· URL Header Enrichment
· Free URL charging
PCRF Responsibilities:
§ Subscriber Data Management and Control
§ Usage-based Dynamic Policy Control
§ Duration-based and Period-based Dynamic Policy Control
§ Dynamic service
§ Shared Usage-based Dynamic Policy Control
§ Multi-Service APN and Multi-Quota
§ Bandwidth on Demand
§ Redirection to external server
§ Troubleshooting of Subscriber complaints
§ Software Version Upgrade and patch installation
§ Configure Subscriber Data Export from the Physical Database
§ Rx/Gx Interface configuration over Diameter protocol
§ Protocols and Interfaces configuration management and control
§ Multi geographical PCC deployment to enforce Reliability Function
§ Configure/troubleshoot the Interface Between Provisioning System
§ Service management for scenarios
Secondary
Staff needs to fulfil the following requirement:
a) To support Other End to End Data Service problem management
b) To conduct on job training for relevant team member development plan
c) To attend related meetings/discussion
Expectations:
· To escalate to Head of Radio & Core Switch for any issues related to PCC nodes and services
· To ensure all Operation and Maintenance job/achievement follows internal KPI requirement
· To lead and coordinating team to resolve any issue related to PCC node support
· To actively support on new or existing project work
· To involve in audit exercise by internal/external parties
· To report on PCC running activity and KPI related on weekly/monthly basis

Your Merits:
o It is important that you have at least a tertiary level qualification in Engineering, Technology, IT, Computer science or Management field or hold a professional qualification from a recognised body, though extensive relevant experience may be considered in place of this
o For this role it is important for you to constantly have a customer mindset i.e. able to think and react in ways that will be beneficial or cause least disruption to our customers
o You have an appreciation for good service level and customer experience, whilst having the ability to anticipate and mitigate problems
