3G Optimization Engineer (Ericsson Skilled)

My client a world’s leading vendor is urgently looking for a 3G Optimization engineer to work on a 6 month extendable contract in Baghdad, Iraq.

More than 5 years of experience working 3G Optimization position experience on Ericsson vendor, Hand experience on Fine-tuning the 3G parameters and applying new features, Monitor the daily KPI daily, analyse for the abnormal KPI trend and degradation, and provide clarification and solution, Worst cell analysis and KPI maintain for one area Guide cluster owner to analyse the Top N worst cells weekly, come out the solution and kill the worst cell to maintain the network KPI.

Capacity analysis and proposal Monitor the network KPI, conduct the traffic balance, propose the capacity expansion, troubleshooting for the major technical issue, output the report and clarify to customer, Audit the network parameter, optimize for cell or BSC/RNC level parameter to improve the KPI or solve the customer complaint

My customer will work on a rotation will consists of 6 weeks onsite in Baghdad and 2 weeks at home, working remotely.
