CCNA/CCNP certified
Familiar with TSEL Datacomm network
Minimum 5 years Back Office experience
In depth knowledge of operation and troubleshooting of routers, switches,
firewalls, traffic analyzers
In depth knowledge of operation and troubleshooting of switching and routing protocols
Main Tasks
Perform daily, weekly and monthly health checks and store the results in the shared allocated files/libraries,
O&M of IP systems,
2nd Level fault handling and Restoration,
TT handling,
House keeping of the IP nodes,
To handle and analyse Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions to Trouble Tickets
Perform second level Preventive Maintenance of nodes.
Acceptance testing of new nodes.
Close co-ordination with third party vendors
Involved in upgrade/updates of live nodes.
Create and Update Maintenance processes and Routines,
Create and Analyze all types of system/service Performance Reports
