Optimization Engineer

Contract duration : 4 months contract extendable

Expected joining date : Immediately

Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Nokia experience is compulsory

Budget can be proposed

L3 Engineers (x12)

The level 3 engineers need to have minimum 2 years’ experience.

Detail requirements as follow:

• Level 3 competence level with minimum 6 years’ experience in optimization service. Candidates applying for LTE position must have minimum 2 years’ experience in LTE optimization
• Excellent 3G / LTE Optimization skills with proven track records
• Performs day-to-day activates to meet project objectives. Shares knowledge with less experienced peers and be able to provide innovative ideas
• Minimum 2 years experience in optimizing Nokia equipments
• Very well experience in Nokia parameters and counters
• Nokia NetAct OSS Tools Knowledge
• RU50 and/or RL60 experience
• Very well experience in analyzing the logfiles and come with corrections/actions to meet the design and optimization criteria and KPIs
• Capacity management competence (Nodes and Interfaces) covering all technologies 2G/3G/4G to insure traffic balancing
• Understand and be able met on the KPI & KQI target setting
• Strong communication and Team-working skills must possess very good presentation skills
• Very good communication skills

L4 Engineers(x9)

·         L4 competence level with Minimum 10 years’ experience in optimization service

·         Candidates applying for LTE position must have minimum 4 years’ experience in LTE optimization

·         Excellent 3G / LTE Optimization skills with proven projects / track records

·         Performs day-to-day activates to meet project objectives. Shares knowledge with less experienced peers and be able to provide innovative ideas

·         Minimum 4 years’ experience in optimizing Nokia equipments

·         Very well experience in Nokia parameters and counters

·         Nokia NetAct OSS Tools Knowledge

·         RU50/RU60 and / or RL60/70 experience
