red highlighted need to be on your CV ,5000 Euros per month (excluding tax) all inclusive for the 3G role and 4000 Euros per month for the 2G role , the rate is negotiable.
3G
a. At least 5 years of radio planning and optimization experience, in which 3 years with Nokia.
b. Very Good knowledge of Nokia 3G radio parameters and features (RU40).
c. Capable to analyze 3G drive tests and troubleshooting problems of coverage and quality
d. Daily monitoring of 3G KPIs, troubleshooting the WCL and reporting to the RF lead
e. Good experience in reporting and presentation.
2G
a. At least 7 years of radio planning and optimization experience, in which 4 years with Nokia.
b. Very Good knowledge of Nokia 2G radio parameters and features (RG30).
c. Ability to lead a team of 3G RF experts, define strategies to fulfill the project targets, and fix the scope of work for each team member.
d. Good experience in customer interfacing with high presentation skills.
