RESPONSIBILITIES
| 1.Responsible for DWDM/OTN installation, commissioning, testing, integration, and maintenance of TX network equipments. 2.DWDM/OTN network planning and design 3.Support projects related Fixed network products and provide technical solution 4.Provide technical support to customers through remote and on-site trouble-shooting 5.On-site Maintenance support in case of major or critical problems that can't be solved by customer or local subcontractor according to SLA 6.Responsible for handling technical cases on ticket system and keep tracking these problems during the whole resolving process 7.Provide technical solution planning and hands-on support on fixed network product. 8.Perform other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENT 1. Bachelor degree major in Telecommunication / Electrical / Computer technology 2. Have good knowledge in DWDM/OTN network product in prior 3.
