The Business Operations Head oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific short-term and long term project which has a beginning, an end and specified deliverables.

The key responsibilities include:

• Work closely with Head of Delivery, Line Managers, Project Managers, HR Manager and CFO and the other team member in coordination and decision on all daily business operations, project review, demand and resource planning and allocation.
• Support business operations regarding all daily operations with Streams, HR, Finance (CPM), Academy, IT and RE also with the projects and COM.
• Work closely with the Head of APAC to make sure the business operation in the organization is works well.
• Work closely monthly with Ongoing Business Team and RCM related the resources request for the demand on the projects
• Work closely monthly with Quality and Performance Team related the performance report and analysis on the current situation
• Biweekly Project Review on the ongoing projects with the PM
• Weekly meeting setup and update the minute of meeting for the improvement in the organization and escalates to higher level for solutions and approval.
• Weekly and Monthly Report for the update related daily operation in the organization
• Weekly Report related Transition KPI for the organization

  

Position Requirements 

To address with the above referred activities, we are looking for candidates with the following skills:

• Bachelor Degree  (Telecommunications/Electronics/Electrical Engineering) and Master Degree (Master Management/ Master Business Administration) from reputable University,
• 10 years experience and above,
• Good Communication Skills and Good Attitudes,
• English proficiency is a must,
• Result Oriented,
• Team Player,
• Having competence for Organizational Leadership Management, Business Operation Management, Project Management, Communication, Negotiation, and Network Operation Management.
