I’m recruiting for a TAC 3 Support Engineer Huawei Specialist with 8-10 years’ experience to perform 3 third Level Remote Technical Support on Huawei Network (Core, Radio, WiMAX, Transmission and Access)

Responsibilities for the role;

This is an urgent requirement and a fantastic opportunity to be involved in a long term project and with an excellent Salary.

In this role the candidate would provide circumvention or recovery through use of existing cases or workarounds and serve as the technical expertise in an escalation support situation. This candidate would initiate, track and proactively assign ticket numbers from email, WEB and direct call-in sources. In addition they will assist in the cataloguing of problems into a diagnostic engine/knowledge base system for future reference and automation, as well as replication of customer network issues in a lab to achieve problem resolution if available.

KEY SKILLS required for the role:

•             Must have experience in Fault Resolution in a TAC/NOC environment  

•             8 - 10 Years’ Experience in working for the vendor supporting OEM equipment

•             Level 2/3 Fault troubleshooting skills are a MUST

•             Be able to resolve issues without escalation back in the original OEM

•             Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting /fault localization within several competence areas and Multivendor Interface.

•             Receiving and resolving complex issues and meeting customer needs

•             Using your own debugging tools to analyse problems and identify solutions

Job Role – 

One of the world’s largest System Integrators are looking for a 2G/3G/4G Core CS/PS Performance & Optimization engineer to work in Saudi Arabia on a 6 month extendable contract.

You must have a minimum of 5 years working as an 2G/3G/4G Core CS/PS engineer with hands on experience using OSS KPI also in-depth knowledge of 2G/3G/4G technologies and optimisation skills and methods (parameters, KPI's reporting, configuration) you will analyse, troubleshoot and optimize the Network Performance identifying potential issues (congestion, network parameters tuning, customer complaints, etc.) and providing associated recommendations.

Requested competence:

·         The Optimization Engineer should have a good knowledge in Core CS/PS, acquired through technical trainings and several years of practical experience.

·         Network Performance Management

·         Good Knowledge in Core PS/CS, 2G/3G/4G optimization methodology

·         Good knowledge on Core PS/CS ,2G/3G/4G signalling and protocol layers (GTP, MAP, CAP, INAP, ISUP...)

·         Reporting and good analytics level
