We seek an experienced Senior Customer Engineer, IP to join an excellent organization, to carry out quality customer service provision on all International IP services! Duties and
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and coordinate with Project Managers the implementing of customised IP solution
projects in configuration and other technical aspects to their customers.
2. Be a key person to resolve customer issues by providing technical support (remotely) on an ad hoc basis, work with key core engineer teams to resolve
higher level issues.
3. Provide 2nd level support to the NOCs provide support within a global team to ensure proper hand-over of tasks/activities to ensure 24 x 7 support. Candidate Skills and
