Requirment:Minimum 5 years on GPON/ FTTX/ ODN design projects. Hands on technical knowledge with Multi techniques. Ability to deliver to targets, adaptable results orientated. Must be familiar with NE (Network Engineer, Telecordia) and Auto CAD very well. Good communication skill: can discuss and finalize the design standards and guideline with customer.Team management skill: manage team and subcontractor.
