Location: Saudi Arabia
- At least 5 years Network operation or NP&O (Level 2) experience in Telecom Environment, i.e. Huawei, Ericsson, NSN, etc
- Strong understanding and idea of GSM, WCDMA, LTE Radio Access Network,
- Keep rich experience in using different Radio Tools e.g MAPINFO, ACTIX,ATOLL.
- Hands on Experience on different vendor RAN equipment BSC's, RNC's, ENodeB and OSS KPI Tools e.g M2000, PROPTIMA,SONAR .
- Strong troubleshooting competence and Maintenance skills for RAN.
- Hands on Experience in 3G Radio network optimization.
- Good experience in achieving the Radio KPI'S of 2G, 3G, LTE Network.
- Hands on Experience in Cluster, city, Regional level optimization of RAN.
- Ability to study and analyze the signalling trace (Radio)
Responsibility
- Responsible for demarcation of Service Quality issue (VIP and Network Level)
- Ability to study the 2G, 3G,LTE Radio KPI'S.
- Responsible for demarcation among Wireless network.
- Responsible for communication Service Quality issue with customer.
- Identify service issues due to provisioning or mobile equipment.
- Ability to work in the NEW RF Tools
- Responsible to drill down the signalling trace of VIP
