- Very Good knowledge of Nokia 2G radio parameters and features (RG30).
- The ability to lead a team of 2G RF experts

- Define strategies to fulfil the project targets
- Fix the scope of work for each team member.
You will be required to have least 7 years of radio planning and optimization experience, in which 4 years with Nokia minimum
