1.    NOC Engineer (ZTE - Makassar based)

Requirements:

·         Minimum bachelor degree in related field

·         Experience in Core, PS Core, IP, VAS

·         Minimum 1 year experience in technical handling of any 3G Network Node from RAN, CS Core, PS Core, and VAS

·         Fluent in English

·         Strong telecommunication industry background

2.    BSC/RNC/LTE/BTS Engineer (ZTE - Makassar based)

Requirements:

·         Minimum bachelor degree in related field

·         Experience in Core, PS Core, IP, VAS

·         Minimum 5 years experience in technical handling of any 3G/2G Network

·         Minimum 2 years experience in technical handling of any 4G Network

·         Fluent in English

·         Strong telecommunication industry background

·         Can do own commissioning, integration and troubleshoot hardware and signalling tracing (Radio Network and IP)

·         Can do case escalation to RND and give all log collection needed by RND and achieve SLA

·         Can guide L1 and give root cause analysis case from L1 maintenance and achieve SLA

3.    2G/3G and 4G Senior Network Optimizing Engineer (ZTE - Makassar based)

Requirements:

·         At least 5 years of optimizing work experience

·         Has related working experience in Telco Project

·         Has ZTE equipment experience and ZTE OSS KPI Optimization experience

·         Fluent in English

4.    IPTV Engineer (MNC IPTV Project) (ZTE - Jakarta based)

Requirements:

·         Minimum Bachelor degree in related field

·         Familiar with switch, Cisco/Huawei/ZTE

·         Familiar with Linux, Suse/Redhat

·         Basic knowledge of IPTV/OTT

5.    Solution Architect (Huawei)

Responsibilities :

·                  Responsible for Operators' request in customer experience management and improvement

·                  Provide deliverable solution to operators and communicate with project PM and TD for solution delivery

·                  Escalate to internal R&D team through requirement management system if the current solutions cannot meet operators' requirements

·                  Develop use case modules and guide technical team to verify and deploy it

·                  Keep communication with high level of Operators, such as CEO/CMO/CTO for the enhancement of Huawei SQM/CEM solution recognition

Requirements :                         

·                  Indonesia Citizen

·                  Bachelor Degree in Computer / Electronics / Information Engineering

·                  Have 10 years or above working experience in core network (MSC/MGW/GGSN/SGSN/EPC/MME/IP Core) technical background and preferably in the role of Customer Project Manager

·                  Understand customer experience management and Network Promoter Score (NPS) principles and have successful related practices in Telecommunication fields

·                  Have customer service position and core network/transmission optimization experience who can understand subscriber’s perception well

·                  Fluent in English is a must, fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage

·                  Customer and goal oriented person

·                  Strong commercial and financial awareness

·                  Able to communicate to the stakeholders at all technical or business level

·                  Has strong commitment and able to work under pressure

 Requirements· Bachelor’s degree in computer  Science, Engineering, or related technical field · Must have worked in Telecom industry with good exposure to general BSS concepts· A minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in the implementation of large/small scale online prepaid charging system with Hands on experience· Must have very good understanding in Pre-Paid Charging System particularly in OCNCC· Hands on experience in integrating OCNCC with OBRM and other downstream systems.· Knowledge in SS7 Stack Protocols· Basic Knowledge of Operating systems(Unix/Linux),DB(oracle) and Applications· Should have good working knowledge in UNIX/LINUX environment  · Basic knowledge of Shell scripting is must.· Knowledge of C/C++ and PLSQL is added advantage · Must have good analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills· Must be willing to work as a team · Excellent communication skills in English. · Good customer service skills and desire to work in a collaborative team environment. · Ability to apply the corporate core values to meet customer expectations and satisfaction.· Well developed observational skills and attention to details· Ability to arrange personal and team work routines and practices to make optimum use of time and resources. · Ensure best application of allocated and available resources
