Job: OCNCC Technical Support Engineer in India

I am looking for OCNCC Technical Support Engineer, 12 months contract based in India and with business travel to Africa.
Responsibilities· Work in a production support environment to handle application related issues· Adhere to SLA as set by the customer in terms of response/resolution time· Responsible for customers’ needs analysis, installation, migration, integration, and the deployment of OCNCC.· The candidate will provide user support and respond to customers’ queries· Performs root cause analysis for frequently occurring business challenges and develop strategy to resolve them.  · Raises support documents/tickets with Oracle support system and follow up for solution · Oracle OCNCC requirement to support production issues, defect fixes, small enhancements and provide fixes on requirement basis· Responsible for Prepaid Online charging support, CDR processing , reconciliation, addressing and resolving issues related to online charging · Work with internal and external clients in Mediation and Billing Operations as well as end users on daily basis. 


 Requirements· Bachelor’s degree in computer  Science, Engineering, or related technical field · Must have worked in Telecom industry with good exposure to general BSS concepts· A minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in the implementation of large/small scale online prepaid charging system with Hands on experience· Must have very good understanding in Pre-Paid Charging System particularly in OCNCC· Hands on experience in integrating OCNCC with OBRM and other downstream systems.· Knowledge in SS7 Stack Protocols· Basic Knowledge of Operating systems(Unix/Linux),DB(oracle) and Applications· Should have good working knowledge in UNIX/LINUX environment  · Basic knowledge of Shell scripting is must.· Knowledge of C/C++ and PLSQL is added advantage · Must have good analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills· Must be willing to work as a team · Excellent communication skills in English. · Good customer service skills and desire to work in a collaborative team environment. · Ability to apply the corporate core values to meet customer expectations and satisfaction.· Well developed observational skills and attention to details· Ability to arrange personal and team work routines and practices to make optimum use of time and resources. · Ensure best application of allocated and available resources
