General Purpose
Plans
and performs technical activities to service the customer and brings expertise
to customer site on need basis.
Main Responsibility Area
Plans and
executes technical tasks requiring specialist skills in own professional area.
Works independently with the responsibility for solving customer request cases
and reporting according to processes. Identifies and solves technical problems.
Shares knowledge in own professional area.
Position Description
The Alarm Monitoring Operator
position is responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Monitoring, managing and responding to numerous remote security systems.
- Remote handling of emergency and non-emergency situations at client sites (fire alarms, access control, and visitor assistance).
- Documentation of issues, notification to supervisory personnel and handling of all customer service calls in a timely manner.
Position Requirements
Personal Attributes
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Prior security and/or alarm monitoring experience a plus but not required.
- Good Communication Skills and Good Attitudes,
- English proficiency is a must,
- Result Oriented,
- Team Player,
- Willing to accept any assignment from Line Manager,
