Tangent are looking for Back Office Engineer's to work in Egypt for a 6 months rolling contract
Candidates must be able to start within 1 month and not be working for Ericsson
Job Description:

The Level 2 Support Engineer’s role is to manage customer questions and issues through to closure. Such issues may be organized by external customers or internal departments such as Consulting Services, PMO, or RND. Shift work and/or on-call support on a rotating basis throughout the year may be required.
Specific duties and responsibilities:

· Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with Development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary· Research and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers, 1st Level Support, Sales, and Consulting Services· Test and duplicate issues reported by external or internal customers in test environments to enable senior staff/engineering to understand the issue faster· Communicate issue status to customers in accordance with defined SLA’s· Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention· Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps· Participation in providing training to customers as required· Responsible for learning and understanding how L3 resolves the issue
